نقش تعدیل‌کننده تنظیم هیجان در رابطه استرس شغلی و تعارض کار-خانواده با رضایت جنسی زنان پرستار

چکیده
ازدواج از مهم‌ترین سنت‌های اجتماعی است و از آغاز تاریخ بشریت مورد تأکید گذشتگان بوده است که نیازهای ایمنی و عاطفی افراد جامع را حفظ می‌کند و موجب بقای نسل می‌شود. ازاین‌رو روابط زناشویی سالم برای سلامت جسمی و روانی اعضای خانواده­ ضروری می‌باشد. رابطه جنسی بخش لاینفک ازدواج و هر رابطه عاشقانه‌ای است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تعدیل­ کنندگی تنظیم هیجان در رابطه استرس شغلی و تعارض کار-خانواده با رضایت جنسی زنان پرستار می­باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی و توصیفی می­باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل پرستاران زن و متأهل شهرستان­های بابل، ساری و قائم‌شهر می­باشد که به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورداستفاده در این پژوهش شامل شاخص رضایت جنسی، پرسشنامه فشار روانی شغلی، پرسشنامه تعارض کار-خانواده و پرسشنامه راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان بود. داده­ های به‌دست‌آمده با نرم ­افزار spss و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ­های به‌دست‌آمده از این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بین استرس شغلی، تعارض کار-خانواده و خرده مقیاس سرکوبی با رضایت جنسی رابطه منفی و معنادار و بین خرده مقیاس ارزیابی مجدد با رضایت جنسی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین متغیر تنظیم هیجان در رابطه استرس شغلی و تعارض کار-خانواده با رضایت جنسی زنان پرستار نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی ندارد

چکیده English

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the moderating role of emotion regulation in the relationship between occupational stress and work-family conflict and sexual satisfaction of female nurses. The present research method is correlational and descriptive. The statistical population of the research includes female and married nurses from Babol, Sari and Ghaemshahr cities, who were selected by random sampling. The tools used in this research included the sexual satisfaction index, occupational stress questionnaire, work-family conflict questionnaire and emotion regulation strategies questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed with spss software and Pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between occupational stress and sexual satisfaction of nurse Renan
