رابطه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با پیروی از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2: نقش واسطه ای تاب آوری و امید

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بر پیروی از درمان از طریق تاب آوری، و امید در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بوده است. تعداد 234 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 از میان بیماران دیابتی دارای پرونده در شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان لامرد به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده(MSPSS)، مقیاس امید (HS)، تاب آوری ( CD-RISC) و پرسشنامه ی پیروی کلی (GAS) در این پژوهش تکمیل کردند. تحلیل مدل بر اساس نرم افزار AMOS-16 انجام گرفت. تحلیل­های الگویابی معادلات ساختاری نشان دادند که الگوی پیشنهادی برازنده داده­ها نمی­باشد و نیاز به بهبود دارد. در نتیجه، با حذف مسیرهای غیرمعنی­دار برازش الگوی نهایی با داده ها تأیید گردید. تحلیل­های دیگر نیز نشان دادند که دو مؤلفه حمایت دوستان و حمایت دیگر افراد مهم توانستند تاب آوری را پیش بینی نمایند و همچنین مؤلفه حمایت دوستان و حمایت دیگر افراد مهم به صورت غیر مستقیم پیروی را از طریق متغیر تاب آوری پیش بینی می کنند. متغیر امید نیز نقش واسطه ای در مدل نداشتند. از یافته های این پژوهش می توان این گونه نتیجه گیری کرد که سازه تاب آوری می تواند به عنوان متغیر واسطه ای تاثیر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (مانند، حمایت دوستان و حمایت دیگر افراد مهم) بر پیروی از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 را تقویت نماید.

Relationship between perceived social support and adherence of treatment in Diabetes mellitus type 2: mediating role of resillency and hope

چکیده English

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived social support on adherence through resilience and hope in patients with type 2 diabetes. 234 patients with type 2 diabetes among files available with diagnosis type 2 diabetes in health center Lamerd were selected by simple random sampling method. Participants were asked to complete Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, Hope Scale, Resilience Scale and General Adherence Scale. Structural equation modeling through AMOS-16 software packages were used for data analysis. Analysis of structural equation modeling indicated that default model don’t fit for data and require to improvement. As a result, by eliminating non-significant routes final model fit to the data was confirmed. Other analyses revealed that the support of friends and other important people support were able to predict resiliency. As well the support of friends and other important people support indirectly predicted resilience through adherence. Hope also hadn’t a role mediating variable in the model. The findings of this study can be concluded that the resilience can be reinforced as the mediator variable effect of perceived social support (eg, support of friends and other important people support) on adherence to treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes.
