نقش مدیریت استرس در بیماری های قلبی: بررسی سیستماتیک مروری

چکیده
استرس به عنوان یک عامل رایج در زندگی امروزه، تأثیرات عمیقی بر سلامت قلب دارد. این مقاله به بررسی ارتباط بین استرس و بیماری های قلبی می‌پردازد و نقش عوامل روان‌شناختی در این فرآیند را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ، بررسی نقش مدیریت استرس در بیماری‌های قلبی هست. روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف بنیادی و به لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. در نهایت این نتیجه حاصل شده است که مدیریت استرس در بهبود بیماری‌های قبلی موثر می‌باشد و راهبردهای مدیریت استرس عبارتند از: کاهش افسردگی، کنترل خشم، پرهیز از خصومت، کاهش انزوای اجتماعی، کاهش اضطراب، عوامل شخصیتی، برخورداری از سلامت معنوی، کنترل وضعیت اجتماعی/اقتصادی. همچنین مداخلات روان شناختی در بهبود مدیریت استرس و در نتیجه بهبود بیماری‌های قلبی از قبیل درمان شناختی رفتاری، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، طرحواره درمانی، تصویرسازی ذهنی هدایت‌شده، آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی، آموزش روان شناسی مثبت گرا با رویکرد اسلامی، درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، آموزش کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، درمان فعالسازی رفتاری گروهی، مدیریت هیجان‌های عاطفی همچنین از سویی، استرس از طریق مسیرهای بیولوژیکی متعددی از جمله افزایش فشار خون و آلودگی عروق، به تغییرات در ساختار قلب و عروق منجر می‌شود. در نتیجه، مدیریت استرس و تقویت عوامل روان‌شناختی مثبت، به عنوان یک راهبرد پیشگیری از بیماریهای قلبی و بهبود سلامت قلبی، حائز اهمیت است. توصیه‌ها شامل توسعه مهارت‌های مقابله با استرس، ترویج فعالیت‌های ورزشی منظم، ارتقاء فرآیندهای آموزشی مدیریت استرس، تشویق به روحیه مثبت و ترویج سبک زندگی سالم هستند.

The role of stress management in heart disease: a systematic review

چکیده English

Stress, as a common factor in life today, has profound effects on heart health. This article examines the relationship between stress and heart diseases and examines the role of psychological factors in this process. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of stress management in heart diseases. The research method is descriptive and analytical in terms of the fundamental goal and in terms of the data collection method. Finally, it has been concluded that stress management is effective in improving previous diseases and stress management strategies include: reducing depression, controlling anger, avoiding hostility, reducing social isolation, reducing anxiety, personality factors, having spiritual health, controlling the situation Social/Economic. As a result, managing stress and strengthening positive psychological factors is important as a strategy to prevent heart diseases and improve heart health. Recommendations include developing stress coping skills, promoting regular physical activity, promoting stress management educational processes, encouraging a positive attitude, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
