مدل‌یابی روابط ساختاری باورهای وسواسی بر اساس ادراک اجتماعی، ذهنی سازی و همدلی با نقش واسطه ای تنظیم هیجان

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است که با هدف تعیین میزان برازش مدل باورهای وسواسی براساس ادراک اجتماعی، تئوری ذهن یا ذهنی سازی، و همدلی با میانجیگری تنظیم هیجان در یک جمعیت غیربالینی انجام گرفت. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 400 نفر از بزرگسالان 25 تا 55 ساله شهر تهران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از جمعیت عمومی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه باورهای وسواسی OBQ، تکلیف بازشناسی هیجان (ERT)، آزمون ذهن خوانی از طریق تصاویر چشم بارون و کوهن (2001)، پرســشنامه بهره همدلی بارون- کوهــن و ویلرایت (2004)، و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان کرایج و گارنفسکی (2019) بود. طبق نتایج، متغیرهای برونزاد ادراک اجتماعی و همدلی به همراه متغیر میانجی «راهبردهای مثبت تنظیم هیجان و راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان» بر متغیر ملاک یعنی باورهای وسواسی اثر معناداری داشتند. بطوریکه ادراک اجتماعی، همدلی و راهبردهای مثبت تنظیم هیجان به صورت منفی و راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان به صورت مثبت توان پیش­بینی باورهای وسواسی را داشتند. بطوریکه ادراک اجتماعی، همدلی و راهبردهای مثبت تنظیم هیجان به صورت منفی و راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان به صورت مثبت توان پیش­بینی باورهای وسواسی را داشتند. در بین ضرایب مسیر بین متغیرهای پژوهش، ضرایب متغیر برونزاد ذهنی­سازی بر متغیر ملاک (باورهای وسواسی) و راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجانی (به عنوان متغیر میانجی)، دارای اثر معنادار نبود. یافته های این پژوهش، تلویحات کاربردی بسیاری هم برای پیشگیری و هم ارائه درمانهای جامع تر و بهتر برای وسواس دارد.

Structural Relationships Modeling of Obsessive Beliefs based on Social Perception, Mentalization, and Empathy with the Mediating role of Emotional Regulation

The aim of present study is determining the fit of the obsessive beliefs model based on social perception, theory of mind or mentalization, and empathy with the mediation of emotional regulation in a non-clinical population. The sample consisted of 400 adults aged 25 to 50 in Tehran selected by using the convenience sampling method. Data collection tools included OBQ Obsessive Beliefs Questionnaire, the Emotion Recognition Task (ERT), Baron and Cohen’s (2001) Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test, Baron-Cohen and Wheelwright's Empathy Quotient Scale (2004), and Kraaij and Garnefski's Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (2019). According to the results, the exogenous variables of social perception and empathy along with the mediator variable "positive emotion regulation strategies and negative emotion regulation strategies" had a significant effect on the criterion variable i.e. obsessive beliefs. Thus, social perception, empathy and positive emotion regulation strategies were able to predict obsessive beliefs. Among the path coefficients between research variables, the coefficients of the exogenous variable of mentalization on the criterion variable (obsessive beliefs) and negative emotional regulation strategies (as a mediating variable) had no significant effect. These findings have many practical implications both for prevention and providing more comprehensive and better treatments for obsessions.
