بررسی نقش سرسختی ذهنی و منابع کنترل به عنوان عوامل خطر احتمالی بروز آسیب‌های ورزشی در فوتبالیست‌های نوجوان

چکیده
ویژگی‌های شخصیتی به‌عنوان یکی از سه دسته متغیرهای روانی - اجتماعی تأثیرگذار بر پاسخ استرس در مدل استرس آسیب ویلیامز و اندرسون است که طی سال‌های اخیر توجه بسیاری از محققان را به خود جلب کرده است. بااین‌حال، هنوز اطلاعات کافی در مورد ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی فردی و آسیب‌های ورزشی وجود ندارد. بر همین اساس، تحقیق حاضر قصد دارد ارتباط بین سرسختی ذهنی و منابع کنترل را با بروز آسیب‌های ورزشی در فوتبالیست‌های نوجوان موردبررسی قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کوهورت آینده‌نگر بود که در سال 1399-1401 در شهرستان خرم‌آباد اجرا شد. نمونه آماری تحقیق را 122 فوتبالیست با دامنه سنی 14 تا 17 سال تشکیل می‌دهد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه­های تاب‌آوری صفتی و مقیاس کنترل درونی-بیرونی ویژه ورزش به ترتیب برای ارزیابی سرسختی ذهنی و منابع کنترل استفاده شد. جهت جمع‌آوری آسیب‌های فوتبالیست‌ها نیز از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده توسط رگرسیون لجستیک تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سرسختی ذهنی ویژگی شخصیتی است که ارتباط مستقیمی با آسیب‌های ورزشی دارد (p<0/05)، در حالی که منابع کنترل درونی و بیرونی ارتباط مستقیمی با آسیب‌های ورزشی نشان ندادند (p>0/05). نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که به ازای هر امتیاز کاهش سرسختی ذهنی احتمال بروز آسیب‌های ورزشی به میزان 11 درصد افزایش پیدا می‌کند (p<0/05). بنابراین فوتبالیست‌هایی که سرسختی روانی کمتری دارند ممکن است بیشتر در معرض خطر آسیب‌های ورزشی باشند. ازاین­رو، مربیان و متخصصان روانشناسی ورزشی میتوانند به منظور به کاهش خطر آسیب‌های ورزشی بر روی تقویت سرسختی ذهنی فوتبالیست‌ها کار کنند

Personality traits are one of the three categories of psychosocial variables affecting stress response in the stress-injury model and have attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years. Accordingly, the current study aims to investigate the relationship between mental toughness and locus of control with the occurrence of sports injuries in soccer players. The present study was a prospective cohort study that was carried out in Khoramabad city during 1401-1399. The statistical sample consisted of 122 soccer players with ages 14 to 17 years. dispositional resilience and a sport locus of control scales were used to evaluate mental toughness and locus of control, respectively. Our study results showed that mental toughness is a personality trait that has a direct relationship with sports injuries (p<0.05), while internal and external locus of control did not show a direct relationship with sports injuries (p>0.05). According to the present study result for every point of reduction in mental toughness, the odds of sports injuries increase by 11% (p<0.05). Soccer players who have less mental toughness may be more prone to sports injuries. Coaches and sports psychology specialists, to reduce the risk of sports injuries, can work on the mental toughness of soccer players.
