رابطه بین کنترل شناختی و حافظه مثبت با نشانگان PTSD در افراد دارای تجربه تروماتیک سیل:نقش میانجی پردازش شناختی و خستگی شناختی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش کنترل شناختی و ویژگی های حافظه مثبت، با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه ای پردازش شناختی و خستگی شناختی در علائم استرس پس از رویداد آسیب زا در افراد دارای تجربه ترومای سیل، انجام گرفت. نمونه ای به حجم 280 نفر از میان افراد متاثر از سیل ساکن در شهرهای گنبد، گمیشان و آق قلا انتخاب شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از چک لیست PTSD برای غیر نظامیان؛ مقیاس پردازش شناختی تروما؛ پرسشنامه تجارب حافظه؛ مقیاس خستگی ذهنی؛ مقیاس هوش وکسلر بزرگسالان؛ آزمون رنگ واژه استروپ و آزمون ویسکانسین استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار های Smart pls3 و SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر رابطه مستقیم میان پردازش شناختی و نشانگان PTSD مورد تایید قرار نگرفت، اما پردازش شناختی در رابطه بین کنترل شناختی با نشانگان PTSD در افراد دارای تجربه سیل نقش میانجی کامل و در رابطه بین حافظه مثبت با نشانگان PTSD نقش میانجی جزئی داشت. همچنین خستگی شناختی در رابطه بین کنترل شناختی با نشانگان PTSD و در رابطه بین حافظه مثبت و نشانگان PTSD در افراد دارای تجربه سیل نقش میانجی جزئی را ایفا کرده است. همچنین مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی با داده ها برخوردار بود. این نتایج می تواند گام نخست در جهت شناسایی متغیر های دخیل در نشانگان PTSD در افراد دارای تجربه سیل و به کارگیری برنامه های آموزشی و توان بخشی مبتنی بر شواهد در جهت کاهش درد و رنج روانشناختی در این افراد باشد

The present study investigated the role of cognitive control and positive memory characteristics with special attention to the mediating roles of cognitive process and cognitive fatigue in flood-stricken victims. A sample of 280 participants were selected from flood-stricken areas including Gonbad, Gomishan and Aghghala. Data were collected using PCL-5, CPOTS, MEQ_SF, Mental Fatigue Scale, WAIS-IV, Stroop Test and Wisconsin Card Sorting. The data were then analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS-3 softwares. The findings indicated no direct link between cognitive process and PTSD symptoms. However, cognitive process played a full mediating role in the relationship between cognitive control and PTSD symptoms and a partial mediating role in the relationship between positive memory characteristics and PTSD symptoms. The findings also revealed cognitive fatigue played a partial mediating role in the relationship between both cognitive contol and PTSD symptoms and positive memory characteristics and PTSD symptoms. The findings further showed the purposed model to investigate the relationships between the variables enjoyed a good fit. These findings can be the first step in identifying the PTSD symptoms of people who have been through flood trauma and can help us design evidence-based educational and rehabilitative programs to reduce psychocognitive pains of flood victims
