مقایسه سطوح تاب آوری و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در افراد مبتلا به اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید با گروه سالم

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه سطوح تاب آوری و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده ی سلامت در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید با گروه سالم است. پس از بررسی ملاک های ورود و خروج، 200 نفر شامل100 بیمار مبتلا به اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید و 100 نفر افراد سالم وارد مطالعه شدند. تمام افراد، با استفاده از پرسش نامه تاب آوری (کونور و دیویدسون) و پرسش نامه سبک زندگی ارتقاء هنده سلامت (والکر و همکاران) سنجش شدند. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شد. یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که ارتباط تاب آوری و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در بیماران با اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید با گروه سالم متفاوت است. میانگین نمرات بیماران با اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید در متغیرهای تاب آوری و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده ی سلامت و مؤلفه های آنها (بجز مدیریت استرس) به طور معناداری کم تر از گروه سالم بود. با توجه به اینکه در پژوهش حاضر بیماران با اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید در شاخص های تاب آوری و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده ی سلامت رابطه معنادار شد، به نظر می رسد که سطوح تاب آوری و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده ی سلامت می تواند با بروز اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید مرتبط باشد. یافته های پژوهش حاضر را می توان به عنوان اطلاعاتی مقدماتی درباره ی اقداماتی در راستای ارتقای سازه شخصیتی تاب آوری و بهبود و اصلاح سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده ی سلامت، وضعیت بیماران با اختلالات عملکرد تیروئید در نظر گرفت.

چکیده English

The purpose of is study, comparison the resiliency and health promoting lifestyle between thyroid dysfunction disease patients and healthy people. The method of present study is causal-comparative. The 200 patients (100 thyroid dysfunction patients and 100 healthy people) in endocrine clinics in Rasht city that was in 2017-2018. Tools for measuring the research variables were Resiliency (Connor-Davidson, 2003), health promoting lifestyle test (Walker,1987). Data were analyzed by multiple analysis of variance. The result showed that the relationship resiliency and health promoting lifestyle between thyroid dysfunction disease patients and healthy people is significant (P=0/001, β=0/22). The mean scores of patients with thyroid dysfunction in resiliency and health-promoting lifestyle and their components (except in stress management) is significantly lower than the healthy people (P<0.05). According to the study, of thyroid dysfunction disease with indicators of resiliency and health-promoting lifestyle was a significant relationship, It seems that the levels of resiliency and health-promoting lifestyle can be associated with the prevalence of thyroid dysfunction disease.
