مقایسه بزرگنمایی غیرانطباقی، جهت گیری منفی به مساله، تنظیم هیجان و حساسیت به طرد در بیماران مبتلا به ایدز و افراد سالم

چکیده
ایدز بیماری مزمن و خطرناک و از علل عمده­ی مرگ و میر در جهان محسوب می­شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه­ی سبک بزرگ­نمایی غیرانطباقی، جهت­گیری منفی به مساله، تنظیم هیجان بین­فردی، سبک پردازش هیجانی و حساسیت به طرد در بیماران مبتلا به ایدز و افراد سالم بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی مقایسه­ای بود. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه­ی بیماران مبتلا به ایدز بودند که در زمستان 96 به مرکز بهداشت در شهر ارومیه مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه­ی پژوهش­ نیز شامل 40 نفر مبتلا به ایدز مراجعه کننده به مرکز بهداشت در شهر ارومیه و 40 نفر از افراد سالم بودند که به روش نمونه­گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بین دو گروه در متغیرهای سبک بزرگ­نمایی غیرانطباقی، جهت­گیری منفی به مساله، تنظیم هیجان بین­فردی، سبک پردازش هیجانی و حساسیت به طرد تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و بیماران مبتلا به ایدز در این متغیرها نمرات بیشتری کسب می­کنند. می­توان نتیجه گرفت بسیاری از مشکلات روان­شناختی که بیماران مبتلا به ایدز تجربه می­کنند، تا حدی متاثر از متغیرهای بررسی شده در پژوهش حاضر است. لذا توجه به این عوامل در سبب­شناسی و درمان مشکلات روان­شناختی این بیماران می­تواند گامی مفید در مسیر کمک به کاهش این مشکلات و ارتقاء سلامت روان آنها باشد.

Comparison of Looming Maladaptive Style, Negative Problem-orientation, Emotion Regulation, and Rejection Sensitivity In The Patients With AIDS And Healthy People

چکیده English

AIDS as a chronic dangerous disease is one of the major causes of mortality in the world. The aim of this study was to compare of looming maladaptive style, negative problem-orientation, interpersonal emotion regulation, emotional processing style, and rejection sensitivity in the patients with AIDS and healthy people. the method of this study was descriptive from its comparative casual types. The population was all of patients with AIDS were referred to health center in the urmia. The Sample was 40 patients with AIDS were referred to health center in the urmia and 40 healthy people were selected by available sampling method. Data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variance and one-way analysis of variance. the results showed that there is significant deference between two groups in the variables of looming maladaptive style, negative problem-orientation, interpersonal emotion regulation, emotional processing styles and rejection sensitivity and patients with AIDS get the higher scores in these variables. it can be concluded that many psychological problems that these patients experience are in part as a result of cognitive, emotional and social factors that have been studied in this study. Then, paying attention to these factors in the etiology and treatment of psychological problems of these patients can be a useful step in the reducing of these problems and improving of mental health in the patients.
