تدوین و آزمون مدل علّی میزان افسردگی براساس سبک زندگی با واسطه گری سلامت اجتماعی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش آزمون مدل علّی افسردگی براساس مؤلفه‌های سبک زندگی با میانجی‌گری سلامت اجتماعی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه افراد بالای 18 سال شهر اهواز بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفیِ چند مرحلهایِ خوشه‌ای و براساس برآورد حجم نمونۀ کوکران، از بین آنان 383 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ سبک زندگی ارتقادهنده سلامت والکر و پلیرکی (1996)، سلامت اجتماعی کییز (2004) و نسخه دوم پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1996) جمع‌آوری شدند. شیوع افسردگی بالینی در جمعیت مورد مطالعه ۱۵٪ بود. نتایج تحلیل مسیر بیانگر تأیید برازش مدل فرضی پژوهش بود. سبک زندگی با سلامت اجتماعی و افسردگی ارتباط دارد و سلامت اجتماعی نقش واسطه ای در رابطه بین سبک زندگی و افسردگی دارد. همچنین ضرایب تحلیل مسیر در این مدل نشان داد تغذیه، مسئولیت‌پذیری در قبال سلامت، فعالیت جسمی و رشد معنوی اثر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم معناداری بر افسردگی دارند

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to test the causal model of depression based on lifestyle with mediation role of social health. The study sample was consisted of all individuals over 18 years old who was selected by multistage random cluster sampling method. Based on the estimated Cochran of the sample, 383 individuals were selected. Instruments for gathering data were health promoting lifestyle questionnaire (Walker and polerrcky, 1996), Keyes social health (2004) and the Beck Depression Inventory II. The prevalence of depression have been estimated 15% in this population. There have associations between life style, social health and depression. Social health has a mediator role in the relationship between life style and depression. Findings of the path analysis also showed that nutrition, responsibility for the health, exercise and spiritual growth had significant direct and indirect effect on depression.
