مقایسه باورهای فراشناختی در افراد مبتلا به خستگی مزمن و افراد عادی

چکیده
مقدمه: خستگی احساس ناخوشایند ذهنی است که فرد در آن وضعیت احساس تحلیل قوا در ابعاد جسمانی، شناختی و روانی می­کند. شکل مزمن این موضوع امروزه در بین متخصصین بهداشت روانی به موضوعی شایع تبدیل شده است. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه­ی فراشناخت در افرد دارای خستگی مزمن و افراد عادی انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش 120 (60 نفر دارای خستگی مزمن و 60 نفر عادی) نفر از بین دانشجویان دختر کارشناسی دانشگاه تبریز، به­روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای چندمرحله­ای و از طریق سرند کردن، انتخاب شدند. شرکت­کنندگان مقیاس تأثیر خستگی (FIS) و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه فراشناخت ولز (MCQ-30) را تکمیل کردند. داده­های آماری با بکارگیری آزمونt گروه­های مستقل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که افراد دارای خستگی مزمن و افراد عادی در زیرمقیاس خودآگاهی شناختی و عقاید منفی درباره کنترل­ناپذیری افکار، تفاوت معناداری با هم ندارند اما در زیرمقیاس­های باورهای مثبت درباره نگرانی، فقدان اطمینان شناختی و اعتقاد درباره­ی نیاز به کنترل افکار، تفاوت به نفع گروه دارای خستگی مزمن معنی­دار است.بر مبنای یافته­های این پژوهش، تمرکز بر نقش متغیرهای فراشناختی در مداخلات درمانی افراد مبتلا به سندرم خستگی مزمن، می‌تواند بخش مهمی از درمان این افراد را تشکیل دهد.

Comparison of Meta-cognition among People with and without Chronic Fatigue

چکیده English

Background: fatigue is an unpleasant mental feeling that has also been shown to decrease physical and Mental performance. Fatigue is a very common complaint and it is important to Healthcare Experts. Aim: this study was aimed to compare the meta-cognition of people with cronic fatigue and healthy. Metods: In this study, 120 undergraduate students (60 cronic fatigue and 60 healthy) of Tabriz University were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling and screening metods. The participants filled Fatigue Impact Scale (FIS) and short form of Wells meta-cognition scale (MCQ-30). Analyzing data was performed via independent samples t test. Results: Research findings revealed no diffrences in subscales of cognitive self-consciousness and negative beliefs about thoughts concerning uncontrollability, but there were diffrences in positive beliefs about worry, lack of cognitive confidence and beliefs about the need to control thoughts, significantly. Conclusion: On the basis of results, focusing on the role of meta-cognition could be the important part of therapeutic interventions for the people with chronic fatigue syndrome.
