اثربخشی تکنیکهای تنظیم هیجانی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان زنان با اختلالات شخصیت مرزی و اختلال سوء مصرف مواد: طرح خط پایه چندگانه

چکیده
همبودی اختلال شخصیت مرزی با اختلال سوء مصرف مواد بالا است.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی تکنیک های تنظیم هیجانی

رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی در زنان مبتلا به همبودی اختلالات شخصیت مرزی و سوء مصرف مواد انجام شد. بر اساس میزان تمایل یه شرکت در پژوهش، مصاحبه تشخیصی ساختاریافته و ملاکهای ورود، از میان بیماران زن مبتلا به همبودی اختلالات شخصیت مرزی و سوء مصرف مواد، چهار نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. هر چهار شرکتکننده دردوازده جلسه با تکنیکهای تنظیم هیجانی از رویکرد رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. به منظور سنجش راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان منفی از پرسشنامه نظم جویی شناختی هیجانی گارنفسکی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل دیداری نمودارها و شاخص روند، ثبات، درصد داده های غیر همپوش و درصد داده های همپوش استفاده شد . رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک نمرات را در راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجانی در زنان مبتلا به همبودی اختلالات شخصیت مرزی و سوء مصرف مواد کاهش داد. بازبینی نمودارهای اثربخشی و اندازه اثر بیانگر کاهش معنادار راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی منفی (شامل ملامت خویشتن، نشخوارفکری، ملامت

دیگران و فاجعه انگاری) در شرکتکنندگان بود. تکنیک های تنظیم هیجانی در کاهش استفاده از راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان ی منفی (شامل ملامت خویشتن، نشخوارگری، ملامت دیگران و فاجعه انگاری) موثر است و میتواند برای درمان زنان با همبودی اختلال شخصیت مرزی و

سوء مصرف مواد استفاده شود.

Effectiveness of Emotion Regulation Techniques of Dialectical Behavior Therapy on Emotion Regulation Strategies in Women with Borderline Personality Disorder and Substance Abuse Disorder: Multiple Baseline Design

چکیده English

Comorbidity between Borderline personality disorderand substance abuse disorder is very high. The present study examined the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy on negative emotion regulation strategies in women with borderline personality disorder and substance abuse. Based on the willingness to participate in the research, structured clinical interview and the criteria for inclusion, of female patients with borderline personality disorders and substance abuse 4 people were purposefully selected. These four participants underwent emotion regulation techniques of dialectical behavior therapy for 12 sessions. In order to measure negative emotion regulation strategies, Garnesfky cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire was used. To analyze the collected data, visual analysis of charts and trend indicators, stable, percentage of non-overlapping data and percentage of overlapping data was used. Emotion regulation techniques of Dialectical behavior therapy reduced the scores of negative emotion regulation strategies in women with borderline personality disorders and substance abuse. A review of the effectiveness charts and the amount of effect represented

a significant reduction in the use of negative emotion regulation strategies (including self-blame, rumination, blaming others and catastrophizing) in participants. Dialectical behavior therapy is useful in the reduction of the use of emotion regulation strategies (including selfblame, rumination, blaming others an catastrophizing). It seemed these techniques can be useful in the treatment of women with comorbidity borderline personality disorders and substance abuse.
