کارکردهای جنسی و کیفیت جنسی در زنان و مردان مبتلا به بیماری های کلیوی مزمن

چکیده
بیماریهای مزمن کلیوی نه تنها سلامت جسمی بلکه ابعاد دیگر سلامتی را نیز به مخاطره می‌اندازند. با توجه به اینکه نتایج پژوهش‌ها در رابطه با اثرات این بیماری بر کارکرد جنسی و ارتباط آن با کیفیت زندگی در زنان و مردان متفاوت است، مطالعه حاضر به بررسی کیفیت زندگی، تمایل و عملکرد جنسی بیماران دیالیزی در مقایسه با افراد سالم پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی مقایسه-ای بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس بر روی یک نمونه 60 نفری از بیماران دیالیزی و غیر‌دیالیزی بیمارستان الزهرا اشتهارد انجام گرفت. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت زندگی، کارکرد نعوظ، تمایل جنسی، و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از کیفیت زندگی پایین‌تر بیماران دیالیزی نسبت به افراد سالم بود. یافته ها نشان دادند بین گروه زنان سالم و زنان دیالیزی به لحاظ متغیرهای مربوط به عملکرد جنسی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد اما در بین گروه مردان سالم و مردان دیالیزی به لحاظ متغیرهای مربوط به عملکرد جنسی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد، همچنین افراد سالم از تمایل جنسی بالاتری نسبت به بیماران دیالیزی برخوردارند. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیالیزی و نیز کیفیت رابطه ی جنسی به‌ویژه در مردان دیالیزی به میزان معناداری پایین‌تر از جمعیت عادی است. علاوه برآن، تمایل جنسی بیماران دیالیزی به میزان معنا‌داری پائین‌تر از افراد سالم است که این مسئله می‌تواند به علت اثرات جانبی بیماری مانند کاهش کارایی جسمی، افسردگی، و عوامل دیگری باشد که به کاهش کیفیت زندگی و عملکرد جنسی می انجامد.

Sexual function and quality of life in male and female with chronic renal diseases

چکیده English

Chronic renal diseases not only effect on physical health but treat psychological health and other aspect of life. Recent studies show different results about the effect of dialysis on quality of life and sexual function. With respect to importance of these issues in treatment of renal patients, the present study focused on quality of life, sexual desire and function in this population. It was a causal-comparative study with convenience sampling from dialysis and nondialysis patients of Azahra Hospital. Data gathering by 4 questionnaires: Short-Form Health Survey questionnaire, International Index of Erectile Function, Hullbert Index of Sexual Desire, Female Sexual Function Index. The results shows that dialysis patients have less quality of life comparing with no dialysis patients. Also the results show that dialysis and no dialysis women had no deference in sexual function, but it was deferent in dialysis men (less sexual function). In sexual desire factor no dialysis patients was better than dialysis patients. With respect on present study’s results the quality of life and quality of sexual relationship –especially- in dialysis men is significantly less than normal population. These results may be because of the side effects of dialysis such as decrease physical functioning, depression, and etc.
