بررسی ارتباط سرمایه‌های روانشناختی با ادراک بیماری در افراد متبلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

زمینه وهدف: بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس به عنوان یک بیماری پیش رونده، از شایعترین ومهمترین اختلالات عصب شناختی است. لذا پرداختن به مسائل روانشناختی و ﺗﺄثیر این بیماری بر افراد مبتلا ضروری می باشد . پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط سرمایه های روانشناختی با ادراک بیماری در افراد مبتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس اجرا شد .

روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است در این پژوهش 120 بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس از انجمن ام -اس شهر اهواز با روش نمونه گیری دردسترس مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، شامل دو پرسشنامه: پرسشنامه سرمایه های روانشناختی لوتانز و پرسشنامه کوتاه ادراک بیماری (بردبنت ، پتریه ، مین ووینمن 2006) می باشد که توسط بیماران تکمیل شدند. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss نسخه 19، و از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد .

یافته ها: میانگین نمره کل سرمایه های روانشناختی (39/16±29/2) وادراک بیماری (27/5 ±03/1) محاسبه شد .آزمون همبستگی پیرسون همبستگی مثبت ومعناداری بین نمره کل سرمایه های روانشناختی ومؤلفه های آن با ادراک بیماری نشان داد (001/0P=). درنتایج رگرسیون از بین مؤلفه های سرمایه های روانشناختی ، مؤلفه های خودکارآمدی ،خوشبینی وتاب آوری بیشترین همبستگی را با ادراک بیماری نشان دادند .

نتیجه گیری: افرادی که سرمایه های روانشناختی مطلوبتری دارند با درک عمیق تر بیماری خود این سرمایه ها را برای تقویت و سازگاری با وضعیت بیماری خود به کار می گیرند.

Background &Objective

As a progressive disease, multiple sclerosis is considered as one of the foremost and most common neurological disorders. Therefore, addressing the psychological issues and the impact of this disease on patients appears to be essential.This study was performed to investigate the relationship between psychological capitals and illness perception in patients with multiple sclerosis.



Methodology

This was a descriptive - cross-sectional study. In this study, 120 patients with multiple sclerosis were selected and studied from the MS Society of city of Ahwaz by using available sampling method. The data collection tools included two questionnaires, "Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire" and "Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire" (Boardbent, Petrie, Maine and Weinman, 2006), which were completed by patients. The SPSS, Ver. 19 software and statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were used for data analysis.



Results

The mean scores of psychological capitals (2.29 ± 16.39) and illness perception (1.03 ± 5.27) were calculated.Pearson correlation test showed a positive and meaningful correlation between the total score of psychological capitals and its components with the illness perception (P = 0.001). In regression results, among the psychological capitals components, the components of self-efficacy, optimism and resilience indicated the highest correlation with illness perception.
