طراحی و ارزیابی یک مدل زیستی- روانی در سلامت جنسی زنان یائسه: نقش واسطه ای مولفه های فرهنگی

چکیده
هدف: در بحث سلامت جنسی، عوامل مختلفی مطرح است. در مجموع، عوامل تاثیرگذار بر سلامت جنسی شامل عوامل زیستی، عوامل روانشناختی و عوامل فرهنگی می شود. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش عوامل زیستی و روانشناختی به عنوان متغیرهای پیش بین با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه ای عوامل فرهنگی در سلامت جنسی زنان یائسه انجام شده است. در این راستا اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم این متغیرها در جهت تبیین سلامت جنسی بررسی گردید.

روش: ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ، پرسشنامه تصور از خود بک، مقیاس طرحواره های جنسیتی بم، پرسشنامه خود کارآمدی شرر، پرسشنامه شخصیت خودشیفته آمز، پرسشنامه کیفیت روابط، مقیاس عملکرد جنسی زنان، و چک لیست علائم یائسگی بود که بر روی 307 نفر از زنان یائسه ساکن شهر تهران در سال 1393 و 1394 اجرا شد.

یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که عوامل فرهنگی به صورت مستقیم بر سلامت جنسی تاثیر گذار است. همچنین عوامل زیستی و روان شناختی نیز به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم با واسطه ی عوامل فرهنگی سلامت جنسی را پیش بینی می کند.

نتیجه گیری: بررسی نتایج پژوهش در خصوص برازش مدل نشان داد که الگوی حاضر را می توان جهت تبیین سلامت جنسی زنان یائسه مورد قبول واقع کرد.

چکیده English

Purpose: there are several factors which mentioned in sexual health. In overall, biological, psychological and cultural factors effect on sexual health. The aim of this study was the investigation of predictive role of biological and psychological factors with the mediator role of cultural factors in sexual health. In this regard, direct and indirect effects of these variables were investigated to predict sexual health.

Method: the instruments of this study included ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire, Beck self-concept scale, Bem's gender schemas questionnaire, Sherer's self-efficacy questionnaire, Amz's Narcissistic personality inventory, quality of object relations inventory,Brief Index of Sexual Functioning for Women (BISF-W), and checklist of menopause symptoms, which performed on 307 women in Tehran between 1393-1394.

Findings: results suggest that cultural factors effect directly on sexual health. In addition, biological and psychological predict sexual health in direct and indirect (with the mediator role of cultural factors) way.

Conclusion: results show that this model is acceptable for explaining sexual health in menopausal women.
