fa مقایسه سیستم‌ های مغزی -رفتاری، الگوهای سرشتی شخصیت و رفتار اجتماعی در افراد وابسته به مواد مخدر سنتی و مصرف کنندگان مواد صنعتی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی و مقایسه نیم‌رخ روان‌شناختی دو گروه از مصرف‌کنندگان مواد مخدر سنتی و صنعتی، به بررسی تفاوت‌های موجود در سیستم‌های مغزی-رفتاری، ابعاد سرشت و منش شخصیت و تمایلات رفتار اجتماعی پرداخت. این مطالعه از نوع علی-مقایسه‌ای بود که بر روی ۲۰۰ مرد وابسته به مواد (۱۰۰ مصرف‌کننده مواد سنتی و ۱۰۰ مصرف‌کننده مواد صنعتی) که در سال ۱۴۰۴ به مراکز بازپروری شهر قم مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه سیستم‌های مغزی-رفتاری گری-ویلسون، آزمون سرشت و منش کلونینجر و مقیاس تجدیدنظر شده رفتارهای پیش‌اجتماعی بود. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که مصرف‌کنندگان مواد صنعتی در سیستم فعال‌سازی رفتاری و زیرمقیاس‌های روی‌آورد و اجتناب فعال، نمرات به‌مراتب بالاتری کسب کردند؛ در حالی که در سیستم‌های بازداری رفتاری و ستیز-گریز تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. در ابعاد شخصیتی، گروه صنعتی نمرات بالاتری در نوجویی، آسیب‌پرهیزی، پشتکار، خودراهبری و خودفراروی داشتند، اما مصرف‌کنندگان سنتی در بعد پاداش‌وابستگی و شاخص‌های رفتار اجتماعی (نوع‌دوستانه و متابعت‌آمیز) برتری نشان دادند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که الگوی مصرف مواد صنعتی با پروفایل شخصیتی تکانش‌گرتر و فروپاشی عمیق‌تر در کارکردهای اجتماعی مرتبط است، در حالی که مصرف‌کنندگان سنتی پیوندهای اجتماعی و پاسخ‌دهی به پاداش‌های محیطی را بیشتر حفظ کرده‌اند. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت بازنگری در پروتکل‌های درمانی و طراحی مداخلات متمایز مبتنی بر نوع ماده مصرفی و زیربناهای عصبی-شخصیتی در حوزه روان‌شناسی اعتیاد تأکید می‌کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study aimed to analyze and compare the psychological profiles of two groups of traditional and industrial drug users, examining the differences in brain-behavioral systems, personality dimensions, and prosocial behavior tendencies. This causal-comparative study was conducted on 200 drug-dependent men (100 traditional drug users and 100 industrial drug users) who had referred to rehabilitation centers in Qom in 1404. The measurement tools included the Gray-Wilson Brain-Behavioral Systems Questionnaire, Cloninger Personality and Character Test, and the Revised Prosocial Behavior Scale. The findings from multivariate analysis of variance showed that industrial drug users scored significantly higher in the behavioral activation system and the approach and active avoidance subscales, while no significant differences were observed in the behavioral inhibition and conflict-avoidance systems. In terms of personality dimensions, the industrial group had higher scores in novelty seeking, harm avoidance, perseverance, self-direction, and self-transcendence, but traditional users showed superiority in the reward dependence dimension and indicators of social behavior (altruism and compliance). The results indicate that the industrial substance use pattern is associated with a more impulsive personality profile and a deeper breakdown in social functioning, while traditional users maintained social bonds and responsiveness to environmental rewards.
